Sales & Operations

Selling has often been considered more art than science. These days, however, the best sales forces are empowered by technology solutions and data and that’s what we ensure here at SJS.

Our Sales department is responsible for running the business successfully by coming up with new techniques and trends to increase the overall sales. It has the ultimate accountability for profit and loss, and seeks to maximize return on investment for the shareholders.

SJS provides a wide range of opportunities when it comes to its Sales Department. Be it the field side (Wholesale, Distribution, Modern Trade, General Trade, Retail & E-commerce) or positions in the head office, we offer a dynamic career to you and a chance to learn from the Gurus of the industry.

Marketing & Creative

Our Marketing department is responsible to understand our customers’ demands and needs, market trends and our competitors. The team primarily works to formulate our marketing strategies, promotions, campaigns, brand image and customer care.

Opportunities exist in Brands, Activation, PR, Social Media, Content, Graphic & Video Designing, Value added services, etc.

Human Resource & Administration

For SJS, its human capital is considered to be its biggest asset. Our HRA Department takes every possible measure to facilitate our employees.

Positions in Human Resource exist in areas such as Human Resource Business Partnering, Centers of Excellence, HR Operations & Administrative Services. 

Information Technology 

SJS has always remained proactive when it comes to introducing new technology within the organization. This is the area where we always aim to remain ahead of the game. Whether it comes to implementing ERP systems like MS Dynamics AX 365 or Cloud based networking. Others include Cloud Tenet, Gingko, Flow HCM and Power BI.

We provide best fit platforms to improve departments efficiency, data reliability, analysis and reporting. It also works on improving cross functional reporting, operational efficiency, data protection and organizational networking capability.

 This department has opportunities in Network Operations, Business Support System, Business Intelligence, etc.

 Finance

Finance Department makes sure all company accounts are maintained as per International accounting standards and provide analysis of company position in terms of profit, sales, expenses, liabilities, financing. It also reviews and reports variances in budget status.

Careers in finance include areas such as Business Planning & Analysis, Risk & Assurance, Management, Financial Control, etc.

Internal Audit

An independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the SJS Operations, the internal audit Department helps the company to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.”

Opportunities in Internal Audit include Stock Takes, Financial Audits, Business Process Reengineering, Compliance and Risk Assessment.

Planning & Supply Chain Management

Supply Chain Management Department at SJS looks after the management of the flow of goods and services including the movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption.

Career opportunities available in this department include Planning, Sourcing, Merchandizing, Purchase, Imports, Replenishment, Warehousing, and Logistics.

Production

In recent years, SJS also initiated its production unit dealing in personal care and fragrances. It provides dynamic opportunities in all operations related to production.

Quality Assurance

QA Department plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that products meet certain standards of quality. They plan, direct or coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies. They also work to improve an organization's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.

At SJS, we have an established quality lab with latest equipment to monitor quality of our products and test new materials and raw materials.
